Source is aways looking for new enthusiastic members, to join Source:

1. Download the membership form, print it out and complete it.
2. Send the form to: SOURCE, 12 French Street Sandy Bay TAS 7005 (Note: you can also send us the details via email)
3. Transfer the membership fee in the following MyState bank account; Source Community Wholefoods Co-op BSB: 807009    A/C: 60077630, and don't forget tomake sure you label your payment to SOURCE with your name as a reference (this is very important!)
4. Finally, email source.wholefoods@gmail.com to notify us once you have paid, including the reference number of your payment.
