Food Sustainability

The Food Sustainability Research Group is a bunch of Source members who occasionally get together to discuss and research various aspects of food sustainability.  This is a fairly wide-ranging concept including everything from food production methods and carbon emissions to fair trade and food security.

The aims of the group are to:

  1. educate ourselves about food sustainability
  2. in turn to educate the wider Source community
  3. provide advice for purchasing decisions within the shop
