Source offers an educational opportunity to people exploring all things relating to sustainability, from alternative food systems to cooking healthy vegan and gluten free foods, from zero waste to fermentation.
Source also exists as a place where people can come and develop basic skills in hospitality, including food preparation, customer service and coffee barista skills. Source also undertakes educational workshops with schools and university classes interested in sustainability and alternative food systems.
